Description

Our Engineering client is a leading global manufacturer of castings for the automotive and defence industries and is moving into some new, really exciting areas of business.

They now require two CNC operators to work in their machine shop. You would be operating 5-Axis Milling Machines for small batches of up to 100. The mills use Heidenhain and Mazatrol control systems.

The successful candidates will have the ability to co-ordinate the running of multiple machines, including clearing, clamping and de-burring. You would be working closely with the setters and programmers to fine tune the operation in order to meet production quality requirements. Relevant Machine Shop experience is therefore required.

The working days and hours are 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
