We are delighted to be supporting our client based in based near Chard in Somerset to recruit a Childrens Residential Support Worker.

As a Qualified Childrens Residential Support Worker with a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce and mentor for the Children you will bring your life experiences into a refreshing and rewarding role within the Social Care sector. You will really be making a difference to a childs life and be someone that they look up and aspire to.

The successful candidate will contribute to helping children and young people to overcome the challenge they have experienced already in their lives and as a Childrens Residential Support Worker you will me making a real impact in supporting them.

About you

You will live locally or within an easy commute around Chard in Somerset.

Maybe you are currently a Childrens Residential Support Worker already and looking for a change or you could have worked in the Health and Social Care sector and want to work with children. If you have a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce we would love to hear from you.

In return the client is offering a generous salary of £32,000 and you will be able to complete some sleep ins, evenings and some weekends. Various shift patterns available
