Your Route Into the Clinical Team

Your Role as a Clinical Teaching Assistant

Work closely with pupils aged 5-18 presenting with SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma-related behaviours.
Implement therapeutic strategies under the guidance of the school's clinical and therapeutic team.
Support emotional regulation, build resilience, and facilitate 1:1 or small group learning sessions.
Help develop and deliver tailored behaviour and education plans, promoting independence and well-being.
Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.
