Sales Manager – Used Car Dealership
Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 + bonus (OTE £70,000) + company car
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with some Saturday working required

This ambitious and thriving used car dealership with big plans for the future are looking for a confident, personable Sales Manager to take the reins of the dynamic sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and motivating a team of Sales Executives to hit and exceed sales targets
*
Leading from the front by closing deals and delivering excellent customer service
*
Overseeing day-to-day dealership operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
*
Driving new business opportunities and building strong local partnerships
*
Monitoring performance metrics and maintaining high service levels across the team
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Manager:

Proven experience in used car sales, with a strong understanding of the industry
*
Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
*
Outgoing, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
A results-driven mindset and a passion for customer satisfaction
*
Ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment
