What You Will Do:

- Develop and execute detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Lead and motivate a team of staff and contractors, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and progress is tracked. - Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee the procurement of materials and services. - Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

What You Will Bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (additional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous). - At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. - Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Projector, Tekla, or Primavera. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, paired with a commitment to quality and safety.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of construction projects that range from commercial offices to automated warehouses, predominantly large scale projects for blue chip customers.
