Job Title: Teaching Assistants Needed for Various Schools in Gainsborough

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team and support numerous schools in Gainsborough. We have a full-time position available on a long-term basis, providing essential support to both students and teaching staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
Work collaboratively with students, both in 1:1 settings and within group environments.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when necessary, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the overall development and well-being of the students in your care.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
Knowledge or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
