CNC Turner – Programmer / Setter / Operator
📍 Kent | Dayshift | £Competitive (Based on Experience) | 38–40 hrs/week | Overtime Available | Training Provided
A leading precision engineering company supplying critical components to the motorsport, automotive and specialist vehicle industries is seeking a CNC Turner to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established and well-invested manufacturer, offering long-term stability, development, and the chance to work on technically interesting, low-volume parts for high-performance applications.
🔧 The Role:
*
Programming, setting and operating Fanuc-based CNC lathes.
*
Producing precision components to tight tolerances.
*
Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
*
Supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
*
Occasional support with other machine shop duties as required.
✅ Who This Would Suit:

Skilled CNC Turner Programmers with strong Fanuc experience.
*
Setter/Operators looking to step up into full programming roles — training and support provided.
*
Someone with experience in 2-4 axis turning or strong familiarity with precision turning operations.
*
Detail-focused, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with tight tolerances and quality standards.
