Description

Electrical Project Manager – £85,000 + Travel + 25 Days Holiday + Potential WFH
Wantage | £4M M&E | 24-Week CAT B Fitout
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-driven Electrical Project Manager to take full ownership of the electrical delivery on a fast-paced, £4M M&E CAT B fitout in Wantage. This is a high-profile project for a globally recognised motorsport client, where precision, coordination, and programme control are essential.
You’ll be responsible for interrogating the specification, identifying and raising RFIs, and assessing whether the drawings provided are suitable as working drawings for the electricians or need to be reworked. You'll also lead on all technical submittals—ranging from distribution boards through to light fittings—ensuring everything aligns with project requirements and client expectations. Working closely with the preconstruction team, you’ll help shape a procurement strategy and programme that are both realistic and aligned, allowing for robust cost control throughout the job.
This is a fast-track build in a live environment that demands a proactive and practical PM who’s comfortable on site and confident steering the job from design through to handover. Experience managing similar scale CAT B fitouts is essential. The role is primarily site-based in Wantage, with flexibility for some WFH as the job allows. Immediate start available
