CNC Operator

Location: Waterlooville
Start: ASAP, Temp ongoing
Pay: £14.00
Hours of work: 35-40hrs/week

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision engineering team. This role involves operating and maintaining 4-axis CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls, producing high-precision components to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up 4-axis CNC milling machines.
Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data.
Input and adjust Fanuc programs as needed.
Conduct in-process inspection using micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently.
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.Requirements:

Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, ideally 4-axis.
Strong knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of machining principles and tolerances.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
