Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Facilities Systems & Data Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

We are looking for an Facilities Systems & Data Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

The Facilities Systems & Data Manager, will be responsible for:

Overseeing the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the CAFM system to support operational efficiency and accuracy.

*

Acting as the primary point of contact for all CAFM-related queries and technical troubleshooting.

*

Liaising with software vendors and internal IT teams to resolve system issues, implement updates, and ensure optimal system performance.

*

Managing and maintaining accurate facilities-related data including asset registers, maintenance schedules, space utilisation, and equipment records.

*

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure facility management activities remain on schedule and within budget.

*

Providing user support and delivering training to facilities teams and contractors on effective CAFM usage.

*

Carrying out assurance activities to ensure adherence to workflows and the accuracy of data across the system.

*

Generating and analysing reports on space utilisation, maintenance activities, and overall operational performance.

*

Collaborating with operational teams to identify areas where workflows can be improved or automated using the CAFM system.

*

Ensuring all system-related processes are clearly documented and that all relevant training is delivered across the organisation.

*

Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts and integrating them effectively into the CAFM system.

To be successful for this Facilities Systems & Data Manager role you must have:

*

Strong knowledge and experience with CAFM software platforms (e.g., Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, Maximo).

*

Proven experience in mobilising new contracts within a CAFM environment.

*

Industry-relevant experience in delivering multi-disciplined facilities management (FM) contracts.

*

Excellent communication skills for engaging with vendors, training staff, and collaborating with multiple departments.

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

*

Experience in IT and data management, particularly in facilities-related contexts.

*

Existing technical qualification in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.

*

Extensive proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications.

*

A proactive mindset focused on continual system and process improvement.
