As a Recovery Support Worker, you’ll:

✅ Provide practical and emotional support to individuals on their recovery journey

✅ Promote independence, self-care, and positive routines

✅ Work across supported accommodation and outreach services

✅ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external professionals

✅ Use your compassion and resilience to create a safe, trusting environment

🔍 What You’ll Need:

* Experience in mental health, substance misuse, homelessness or related fields (preferred but not essential)

* A trauma-informed, recovery-focused mindset

* Patience, emotional intelligence, and good communication skills

* Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends

* An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
