Working with Stakeholders from around the Society, you will have the opportunity to drive new processes, systems, and improvements throughout the business, with the aim of enhancing the Customer and Employee experience, alongside maintaining our regulatory requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional value to our customers by staying ahead of industry trends and driving forward new and exciting initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Delivery of project outcomes and benefits
Defining the scope and objectives of projects including the success criteria.
Predicting and managing the resources needed to effectively reach objectives in an efficient manner.
Defining a clear and sufficient budget that contributes to exploiting available opportunities (ROI) and achieving project goals.
Ensuring compliance with the Society's internal policies such as General Data Protection, Procurement, Third Party and Outsourcing and Project Governance.
Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Providing consistent project updates to various stakeholders.
Effectively managing third parties and external stakeholders.
Proactively identifying and managing the risks associated with the implementation.
Creating appropriate benefit tracking mechanisms
To be successful in the role you will have:

Prince2 qualified or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing projects and change initiatives in a financial services environment.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management
Motivated to make a true impact, with proactive and positive attitude
Desire to learn and advance in your career

In Return we offer:

35 hours a week contract
Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Basic holiday of 30 days holiday + birthday day off + bank holidays
