Our client is a forward-thinking and fast-growing training provider seeking a Commercial Fire & Security Tutor to deliver engaging, high-quality training across a broad range of disciplines—including Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to learners across the UK
* Develop and maintain course materials aligned with industry best practices
* Design bespoke training solutions tailored to commercial client needs
* Support delivery of recognised qualifications, such as FireQual and EAL awards
* Conduct market research to identify training gaps and emerging trends
* Uphold consistent quality standards in all training content and delivery
Candidate Profile:
* Proven Fire & Security background, ideally with strong Fire systems expertise
* Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting professional development
* Effective communicator with training delivery experience—or a keen interest in developing these skills
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience in technical training or relevant teaching qualifications
* Knowledge of awarding organisations such as FireQual or EAL
* Experience in content development and/or market analysis
