Location: Kendal, Cumbria
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Days, Nights & Weekends on a rota)
Salary: £12.60/hour + Fantastic Bonuses
Start Date: Immediate start available

Provide person-centred support to help individuals live as independently as possible

Support with daily activities, personal care, and social inclusion

*

Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional reassurance

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals

Promote dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do

What we're looking for:

*

A kind, patient and reliable female support worker

*

Experience in social care is preferred but not essential - we’ll provide full training

*

A team player with good communication skills

*

Willing to work a flexible rota including days, nights and weekends

*

Committed to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable people

*

Please note: This is a female-only role due to the personal care needs of the people we support and we are unable to offer sponsorship
