Monday to Friday
Amazing potential for growth
Salary -£35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Tezlom are on the hunt for a vibrant and ambitious Registered Care Manager to lead the charge in our exciting new venture. As we launch into action, we need someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you're a proactive self-starter with a passion for excellence, we want you on our team!

If you are an experienced Registered Care Manager, or Area Manager looking for a new and unique opportunity, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you in a new branch situated in Bromley, covering Bromley, Seven Oaks and surrounding areas.

This is a new care franchise, therefore we are looking for someone who can work with the main Franchisor and oversee the growth and development of a Homecare Branch that provides care to clients across the region, so you will receive constant support from their network, as well as the main Franchisor.

What we are looking for:

· Experienced in Domiciliary Care/Homecare

* Experience in CQC Inspections

* Ability to tender and understand how to grow a branch

* Someone who can collaborate with the Franchisor

Requirements:

· Registered Manager qualification. Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or degree in a relevant Health and social care areas of training.

* Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality care services.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Level 5 in Leadership and Management

* Driver with access to own vehicle

* Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care.

* A passion for delivering person-centered care and improving the lives of others
