📍 Location: M4 Corridor - Easily commutable from Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend & surrounding areas
💰 Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE Year 1 £50K+)
🕓 Work Arrangement: Part Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

This is a brilliant opportunity for motivated salespeople to join one of South Wales' leading IT Managed Services companies - no prior MSP experience needed, just some exposure to tech sales and the hunger to progress.

🚀 About the Role:

We're hiring two Business Development Representatives to join a high-performing sales team, selling IT solutions to businesses across the UK.

Engage decision-makers using high-quality prospect data and outbound outreach.
Introduce a wide portfolio of IT services and book qualified appointments for senior BDMs.
Full training will be provided on the company's services, sales process, and target markets.
Clear career path into a full Business Development Manager role within 12-18 months.✅ What We're Looking For:

Some Experience in Tech or other B2B Service Sales - Telecoms, SaaS, business services, or IT products preferred (Don't worry if you're not from an MSP background - we'll train you on our offerings.)
Telesales Confidence - You're comfortable on the phone and can handle objections.
Motivated & Target-Driven - You thrive on hitting KPIs and chasing commissions.
Strong Communicator - Polished, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.
