Job Title: CNC Turner Setter/Operator
Location: Rochford, Essex
Salary: £30,000 - £38,500 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 - 16:30 (37-hour week) 4 day week
Overtime Available

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist / Setter (Turner) to join our growing team in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. As a key supplier to the aerospace industry, we produce a wide range of high-tolerance components using CNC machines with Fanuc, Seiki, and Heidenhain controls. This role offers the potential to progress into a Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate CNC Turning Machines, Lathes, Turning Mills, and Bar Feeders
* Set and Operate Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, and Star machines
* Ensure quality control is maintained to meet business and customer standards
* Manufacture components in materials such as aluminium, stainless steel, and Inconel
* Collaborate with the team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience with Fixed Head/Sliding Head machines using Fanuc and Seiki controls
* Strong mechanical understanding and ability to use hand tools
* Skilled in working to tight tolerances and reading engineering drawings
* Experience with Bar Feed Machines (Desirable)
* Experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (Desirable)
