TP-Tutors is a leading agency dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised Functional Skills tutoring in the Nottinghamshire area, specifically within the NG9 postcode. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced tutors to join our team and help learners develop crucial skills in English, Maths, and ICT.

What you'll be doing:

Providing engaging and effective 1-to-1 tuition in Functional Skills (English, Maths, and ICT).
Working with learners of various ages and abilities, helping them achieve accredited qualifications.
Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
Creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and progress.
Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
What we're looking for:

Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Functional Skills (English, Maths, and/or ICT).
A strong understanding of Functional Skills qualifications and assessment methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
A current DBS certificate and willingness to subscribe to the Update Service.

Flexible hours: Work between Monday to Friday, with typical working hours around 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, although there may be opportunities for more flexible arrangements.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
