Summary: As Director of Global Compensation, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of compensation programs to include but not limited to; base pay, long-term incentives/equity, bonus structure and compensation analytics. You will design and implement compensation programs, policies and procedures that are compelling, competitive and locally compliant and equitable. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to assess labor market trends, competitive practices & benchmarks and present findings/recommendations to senior leadership. Responsibilities: - Design and maintain global compensation programs and infrastructure related to base salary, annual bonus and equity compensation - Facilitate the annual compensation planning program and related work streams including the design, resource allocation, project management - Ensure that the administration of various compensation programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures. This may include programs such as incentive compensation, annual compensation planning cycle, geographic differential, etc. - Work closely with the benefits function to ensure that the total compensation and rewards programs are complimentary and meet the needs of the various employee groups. This includes at least annual reviews of programs and requirements, identification of gaps, and recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure that appropriate measurements are identified and data gathered for use by the compensation department. - Lead the Compensation Analyst to ensure that timely and meaningful analysis occurs, and results are reported to management for use in making decisions related to the compensation programs. - Participate in compensation surveys, monitor and evaluate benchmark data, trend information and economic projections related to similar jobs in comparable industries and recommend changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive market position and internal equity - Create policies and procedures to ensure global compliance and the achievement of equitable and competitive employee total cash and equity compensation - Other duties as assigned. *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Experience and Education: EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: - Bachelors degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field; or equivalent experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: - Minimum of 7 years of global compensation experience - Demonstrated experience providing strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the companys global compensation programs - Experience using compensation administration software; Pay Factors preferred. - Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective decisions - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of the organization; Ability to translate the technical nature of compensation for clear stakeholder understanding - Demonstrated experience driving significant amount of change - Display of strong project management, organization & prioritization capabilities - Project Planning and Management skills - Experience with expatriate & international compensation preferred - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
