We’re working with a well-established, growing manufacturer in the Mitcham area that is investing heavily in its engineering function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (with a 70/30 electrical to mechanical skill split) to join a high-performing team dedicated to keeping operations running efficiently and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

* Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)

* Solid experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

* Strong electrical fault-finding ability – ideally with PLC exposure (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)

* Basic mechanical understanding and a willingness to get stuck in

Desirable:

* 17th or 18th Edition certification

* Experience using CMMS systems

* Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement

* Mechanical certifications or training

Why Apply?

* Competitive base salary

* Overtime and On-Call premiums

* Company pension and optional healthcare

* Career development and formal training support
