Sales Manager. Autonomous role. Leicestershire, East Midlands. £50,000 - £60,000 basic with OTE of £70,000+

* You will be working within the Utilities, Construction, Civil Engineering sectors.

* A market with huge potential in the UK, the company already has good sales without a dedicated salesperson so you will be working in a role that is set up for success.

* This will be a home-based role with the trips into the head office based in Leicestershire. Travel across the UK to customer sites, working autonomously.

* £50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Bonus + Car

We are open with your background – but ideally you will have some exposure to Utilities, Construction, Civil Engineering or Infrastructure. You may be a successful sales professional seeking a step up into a sales manager jobs, sales leadership jobs, strategic sales jobs, commercial manager jobs, Head of sales jobs – heading up a business unit for a highly reputable and successful SME in the East Midlands.

This Sales Manager jobs role will suit:

* Someone with ambition who wants to develop and grow a small business unit within a highly successful SME.

* Strong sales experience – you will ideally have a successful track record selling into the Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or Utility sectors.

* Implementing and delivering Sales Strategy, new business development, account management and development of client relationships across the UK.

* This role is with an expanding SME so you will need to be adaptable, flexible and happy to “wear a number of hats”.

* You can be based remotely, you will need to be prepared for travel across the UK and for monthly meetings at the company head office in Leicestershire.
