Description

Conrad Consultating are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their clients Rental Team within the Accounts Department which is based in the beautiful Suffolk town of Framlingham. This part-time position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and financial skills looking to work in a supportive and professional environment. This position would be working over 2/3 days per week for 16 hours.

Salary - £28,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing monthly rental payments

Preparing and issuing monthly bank payments and statements to clients

Processing and paying contractor invoices

Allocating tenant funds, including rent and deposits

Refunding tenant deposits upon vacation

Chasing and managing late rental payments

Processing utility bills on behalf of clients

General accounting duties

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and CRM systems (Alto experience a bonus)

Excellent communication skills with a professional, friendly manner

Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
