Children & Families Senior Social Worker

Location- Duns & Galashiels teams- Scottish Borders

Salary- Hourly rate £30-£32 PAYE 32-38 umbrella

21 Health & Social Care are hiring Senior Social Workers for Children & Families Practice and Duty Teams based in the Scottish Borders- Duns & Galashiels teams, on a contracting basis for 3-6 months+.

Experience and Qualifications

* Applicants must hold a UK recognised professional Social Work qualification and be registered, or eligible to register, with the Scottish Social Services Council.

* Ideally candidates should possess at least 4 years post qualifying experience as a Senior Social Worker / Social Worker.

* Applicants must be Child Protection accredited and experienced. Applicants will ideally be familiar with the Mosaic recording system.

* A Post-Qualification Award in Child Protection and/or a Social Work Practice Teaching qualification are desirable.
