Cotswold Outdoor Group (COG), one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow and Rock, is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Southampton team.
Your Role:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support your Store Manager by:
* Leading your team to success and ensuring top-notch customer service across the store.
* Assisting with core operational processes, such as stock management and audits.
* Maintaining high standards throughout the store.
* Motivating your team in the absence of the Store Manager.
About You:
We are looking for retail management professionals with experience in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail. Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and planning.
* A track record of developing successful teams.
