Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Client Direct - High End Residential Building – Waterloo - £47,598 - No Call Out

Exciting opportunity to work for a Direct Client situated in Waterloo / Southbank. CBW are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in across 4 high end residential buildings all located in Waterloo. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (C&G, NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Data centre, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical / plumbing planned and reactive maintenance to the following. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £47,598, further training, overtime and career progression.

Duties

Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
General building fabric
Escort specialist sub contractors
General building fabric
Undertake repairs to HVAC Plant and Associated Systems to a high standard.
Hours of work

Monday to Friday
07:00am - 16:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm alternating weeks
No call out

£47,598 Salary

Requirements

Mechanically qualified
City & Guilds - Level 3
A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
