Job Title: Area Sales Support Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kent
Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum (Increasing once probation has been passed)
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Travel and daily food allowances provided

Priority Recruitment are excited to present this fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Support Manager to join a forward-thinking and fast-growing retail business.

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to be a vital link in supporting store teams across Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kent. You’ll be instrumental in driving performance, sharing best practice, and offering hands-on support where it’s needed most. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves the buzz of retail/sales, enjoys being on the road, and wants to help others succeed.

Basic salary of £35,000 for the 3-month probation period

£0.45 per mile travel allowance

Travel to different retail sites, offering direct support to store teams
Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and operational standards
Lead by example, sharing best practices and delivering in-the-moment coaching
Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
Be the go-to person for on-the-ground problem-solving and team motivationSuccessful Applicant:

Valid UK driving license and own car
Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment
Flexible to travel across Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Middlesex, West Sussex & Kent with regular overnight stays
A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
