Production Operative in Midhurst!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating manufacturing machines to produce high-quality dough and food products.
Engaging in regular manual handling tasks, including packing and lifting boxes weighing up to 18.5 kilogrammes (approximately 40.8 pounds).
Collaborating with a vibrant team to ensure production targets are met.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area to uphold health and safety standards.

Key Details:

Location: Midhurst
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Pattern: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 10 PM)

Who We're Looking For:

Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Physical Capability: Must be comfortable with lifting and manual handling tasks.
Local Knowledge: Candidates must either be local to Midhurst or possess a valid driver's licence for commuting.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
