Compliance Consultant

Location: South Africa - Hermanus (Office Based)
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm (SA Time)
Start Date: Flexible
Reports to: Compliance Manager

We're growing our global compliance team and are looking for a highly organised Compliance Consultant who is passionate about detail, service, and making a difference. You'll help ensure our candidates are fully vetted and ready to make an impact in UK schools.

What You'll Be Doing

Support candidates through the full vetting process
Keep our records accurate and up to date
Communicate with candidates to collect missing documents
Help candidates understand what's needed and how long clearance will take
Work with the sales and interview teams to speed up file completion
Make regular calls to candidates and respond to queries
