Job Title: AI/ML Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled AI/ML Specialist to join our team in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role involves working with large data sets, training machine learning models, and developing AI-driven applications with a strong focus on practical implementation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to support business objectives.

* Apply natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning techniques depending on project requirements.

* Build and maintain pipelines for data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis.

* Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to integrate AI models into products and services.

* Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and improve accuracy through iteration.

* Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and tools to recommend innovative approaches.

* Develop and test AI prompts (for LLMs or generative models) and tune responses for task relevance and quality.

* Document processes and provide clear reporting on project progress and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

* Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.

* Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.

* Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and deep learning.

* Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with R, SQL, or other languages is a plus.

* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control tools (e.g., Git).

* Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.

* Understanding of AI ethics, explainability, and responsible AI principles.

* Prior work involving MLOps, continuous integration, and scalable model deployment.
