Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor.  
 
Our client is a main contractor who undertake Commercial / Retail projects up to £5M in value from new builds (Greenfield & Brownfield), extensions, conversions and fit outs.
 
As a business they undertake projects on a frameworks for clients across the midlands and into London.  They are looking to employ another member of the team, who can cover projects in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire and into London.
 
This is a client we work very closely with and all the people we place really enjoy working within the business.
 
This opportunity is for a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable of running 2 live projects concurrently.  Each project will have between 45 - 50 packages, with 90 - 95% of these packages on a schedule of rates, leaving certain packages such as Groundworks, demolition, landscaping etc to be procured traditionally.
 
Reporting into and supported by a Commercial Manager, you will be expected to visit the head office in Birmingham once a month, the remainder of time you will be able to work remotely, visiting projects as and when required.
 
Previous experience running smaller commercial or retail or industrial projects as a lead Quantity Surveyor will be beneficial.
 
Remuneration / Package consisting of Salary, Car Allowance, travel, Pension + bonuses (That have been paid consistently over the last 15 years)
