General KS3 Teacher – SEN School | September Start

Are you a versatile and passionate teacher ready to make a real difference in a specialist setting? A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Bovington is seeking a General KS3 Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an adaptable and confident educator who enjoys the variety of teaching across the Key Stage 3 curriculum, and who thrives on building strong relationships with pupils who need a little extra support to succeed.

The School and Role

This vibrant and community-focused SEN school supports pupils through their early secondary years, with a strong focus on holistic development, emotional wellbeing, and individual progress. You’ll be delivering a broad, engaging curriculum to KS3 pupils, tailored to support a range of needs – often working with smaller groups or 1:1.

The school takes pride in creating a nurturing, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. The role would suit an experienced teacher or ECT who is passionate about SEND education, and who can bring flexibility, empathy, and creativity to the classroom.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Confidence teaching across Key Stage 3

A flexible and inclusive approach to teaching and behaviour support

Experience working with SEND learners or a strong interest in developing SEN expertise

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A team-player mindset with a positive attitude

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

· Excellent daily rates, paid via PAYE (based on scale and experience)
· Access to our Guaranteed Pay Scheme (subject to availability)
· Regular social and networking events
· Pension contributions
· Ongoing CPD opportunities to support your SEN development
