Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Industrial Refrigeration
Location: South UK (Field-Based)
Industry: Food, Beverage & Cold Storage | Industrial Refrigeration
Salary: £50,000 + 15% Bonus + Company Car + 26 Days Holiday + Private Medical

Company Overview:
We are a specialist provider of industrial refrigeration and cooling solutions, delivering high-quality service and contracting works to clients across the food, beverage, and cold storage sectors. As demand grows, we’re seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the South of the UK.

Role Overview:
This is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts within industrial refrigeration. You’ll promote service contracts, upgrades, and turnkey project solutions, working closely with our in-house technical teams to deliver tailored offerings that meet the needs of clients in high-dependency cooling environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the food, beverage, and cold storage sectors.

*

Promote service, maintenance, and project-based refrigeration solutions.

*

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including end users, consultants, and contractors.

*

Work collaboratively with internal technical and project delivery teams.

*

Stay informed on industry trends and client challenges to offer effective, value-led solutions.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in technical sales or business development (ideally with capital equipment, M&E services, industrial engineering or HVAC-related sectors).

*

Background in refrigeration, HVAC, engineering, or industrial environments preferred.

*

Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales approach.

*

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

*

Based in the South UK, with willingness to travel regionally.

Package:

£50,000 basic salary

15% bonus (performance-based)
