Telesales Support Executive
Location: Sawston, Cambridge, CB22
Salary: £30,000 plus commission
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

As a Telesales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns. You’ll focus on identifying and converting prospects within our B2B client base, helping us deliver a seamless experience and drive continued business growth.
Key responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage potential B2B customers
Research organisations to understand their relocation, storage or business continuity needs
Qualify leads and gather essential information to support the sales process effectively
Collaborate closely with the business development team to align on sales strategies
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call targetsAbout you

Previous experience in B2B telesales or outbound calling is essential
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
 Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
Resilient and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving results
Confident using CRM systems and standard office softwareQualifications and experience

Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a similar sales-based role (ESSENTIAL) 
Familiarity with the relocation, storage or logistics industry is desirable but not essential
