The Role:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through expert medicines management and personalised pharmaceutical care. Key Responsibilities:

Support management of long-term conditions such as hypertension, asthma, and diabetes

Provide prescribing advice and support to the clinical team

Work on repeat prescription authorisation and medication queries

Promote medicines optimisation and safety

Contribute to QOF targets, audits, and quality improvement projects

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Experience in primary care or community pharmacy (primary care experience is desirable but not essential)

Independent prescribing qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work toward it

A team player with strong communication, clinical and problem-solving skills

A passion for improving patient care and contributing to service development

What’s on Offer:

Flexible working hours – both full-time and part-time considered

Competitive salary based on experience

Excellent support for career development and training

A warm, inclusive and collaborative working environment

Opportunities to progress within the practice and wider PCN

Beautiful coastal location with good transport links

Whether you’re an experienced clinical pharmacist looking for a new challenge, or a motivated pharmacist wanting to transition into primary care with training and support, this practice offers a fantastic place to grow and make a real difference to patient care.
