CES is looking for a Senior MSP Product Manager to lead Managed Service Provider efforts within the CES/Hitss MSP organization. As a leader of Managed Services, you will be charged with defining and developing offers, based on customer requirements, customer experience, and delivery tools, associated with Managed Services for CES products and solutions.  This person will have the responsibility to design offerings that would solve on-premises and remote managed service needs, for our customers, using our own and partner’s capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to, Service Desk, Cloud Services, Software Development and Staff Augmentation, among other practices, positioning CES as a Managed Service Provider, for the US and the international market. This position will require working very closely with the Cybersecurity Product team, to ensure the integration of our security capabilities into the MSP services, building an integrated solution, to guarantee uptime and operations of our end customers’ IT systems, with true security as a service offering, ensuring that the workplace and systems are safe, secure and compliant.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for the lifecycle of a MSP Service or technology product or suite of MSP products, with considerable impact (e.g., company-wide, regional, global, industry).



·       Analyze current managed services offerings, productize services, and create new service offerings.



·       Assigned to initiatives where the MSP product opportunity and MSP technology strategy has yet to be defined.



·       Responsible for leading the product management activities for Managed Service Providers (MSP).



·       Translate the requirements of initiatives into actionable features, that can be delivered in increments.



·       Responsible for the end-to-end MSP product and services experience.



·       Perform competitive analysis to set future direction of Managed Services.



·       Oversee a product’s customer engagement, strategy, requirements definition, customer experience design, compliance, feature development priority, product messaging, pricing, and reliability.



·       Work with multiple teams across CES to align on strategy and execution, including sales, marketing, business development, product marketing, and customer support.



·       Understand your customer, their needs, the business landscape, MSP product functionality (current and desired), and backend technologies (opportunities and limitations).



·       Design presentations, Customs MSP products, brochures, and evangelize the product.



·       Act as an evangelist of CES’s MSP product and services offerings, internally and externally.



·       Flexible, adapting your approach to meet the customer’s needs, products, business, and technology platform. You work effectively with all types of stakeholders, both internal and external, different teams, and all levels of leadership.



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.



·       At least 5+ years of product management, building services sales, building services, account management, or equivalent experience in the US market, building management and services industry products.



·       Knowledge in either Cloud Professional Services, Service Desk, Staff Augmentation or Software Factory is a plus!!



·       Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.



·       Experience with the integration of technology into Managed Service Provider environments.



·       Experience in performing market research for a services or product lines.



·       Strong go-to-market and business analysis skills.



·       Strong problem solving and analytical skills.



·       Deep knowledge of the Service Provider Managed Services market, segmentation, offers, packaging, and strategies.



·       Familiarity with usage/utility-based provisioning and pricing models.



·       Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.



·       English speaking. Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.
