Description:

Job Summary:



The Operations and Implementation Specialist is directly responsible for support administration, implementation of the Company’s MSPs and Sales/Training Demonstrations of the HWL Platform. Responsibilities will include: first-tier technical and operational support, work closely with the internal team members (i.e. Sales) and external clients/suppliers to provide system expertise, configuration, demonstrations, training & develop implementation plans for new clients moving onto the HWL Platform. This includes serving as the Project/Program Manager for facility implementations and MSP projects to ensure all technology, organizational, people, and process related aspects of the implementation are effectively enabled to deliver the MSP successfully.  The Operations and Implementation Specialist must provide exceptional communication, time management and customer service with strong attention to detail.



In the future, as the company expands and evolves, it is expected this role will report to a future Director/VP of Implementation.



 



Job Description:



Along with the Customer Support Specialist provides first-line support answering technical questions, analyzing user issues and needs, and providing resolutions to problems



Reviews technical issues or bug fixes and reports to HWL Production Engineering via the Support Ticket Process



Serve as a resource to assist with operational improvement to include but not limited to workflows, training and customer service



Reports urgent and critical System Down service requests to senior leadership



Assists with configuration of system for new and existing systems from facility set up to user access



Work closely with Sales ,HWL Executive Leadership and other members of the HWL team, in the transition from the sales process, to implementation to operational maintenance of MSP clients



Point person for all HWL implementations with all stakeholders (internal/external)



Develop and communicate implementation timelines,  owners, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project stakeholders



Follows and updates implementation policies, procedures and manuals



Develop customized implementation presentations for clients, inclusive of timelines



Schedule, Lead, coordinate and facilitate client and internal meetings concerning implementation, recap with meeting notes and action items



Conduct ongoing training sessions for clients and agencies and internal employees



Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent. B.S. Degree preferred



Basic understanding of staffing and MSP operations



One year or more of related experience in healthcare staffing operations, training, or project management



Good customer service and public relations



Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry. Able to work well independently and in a team environment



Attention to detail and solid organizational and time management skills
