Salary  - £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Location – St Neots

Hours – full time

Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Title Checker looking for a new opportunity in a growing, forward-thinking firm? We are currently recruiting for a Title Checker to join a dynamic team in St Neots.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of a purchase transaction, with a focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries.
Reviewing and reporting on search results, identifying issues, and raising relevant enquiries.
Advising Case Handlers on when to report key matters to lenders under CML guidelines.
Handling a continuous flow of title checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Liaising with conveyancing teams to provide support on complex transactions.
Assisting teams with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in title checking within a conveyancing environment.
A strong understanding of residential property transactions across all tenures.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify legal issues.
Ability to manage workload effectively and work to tight deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with case management systems is beneficial
