Night Shift Production Operative – Join a Global Packaging Leader

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay: £14.10 per hour (night shift rate)
Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

We’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client – A Global Leader in Sustainable Packaging

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up advanced production machinery
Ensure product quality meets company standards
Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

Pay & Overtime

Night Shift Rate: £14.10/hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

£21.15/hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
