We are currently recruiting talented KS1 teachers, from ECT's to experienced, for various primary schools across the Blackpool region. Whether you're seeking to build your experience, find flexible working arrangements, or commit to a longer-term role, we want to hear from you!

Roles available:

For Early Career Teachers (ECTs): Kick start your career with confidence! We can review support for a portion of your induction period offering committed roles of 2-3 terms. You'll gain invaluable experience with full teaching responsibilities, supported by dedicated mentors and a network of experienced professionals.
Flexible Working & Short-Term Roles: Perfect for those seeking to enhance their CV, gain exposure to diverse school settings and year groups, or balance teaching with other commitments. Experience a variety of primary school environments, refine your adaptability, and broaden your professional network. These roles offer the freedom to choose when and where you work.
Committed Roles (2-3 terms): Immerse yourself in a school community with full teaching responsibilities. These longer-term opportunities allow you to make a significant impact on pupil progress and become an integral part of a supportive team.
Diverse Settings & Year Groups: From vibrant urban schools to nurturing rural environments, you'll have the chance to teach in a variety of settings and develop expertise across Year 1 and Year 2.
Professional Development: Gain valuable insights and experience that will bolster your CV and open doors to future opportunities within the education sector.
Competitive Rates: We offer competitive pay rates between £130-£260 per day term time, recognising your valuable skills and dedication.

We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teachers with UK QTS (or equivalent).
Enthusiastic and creative practitioners with a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education.
Teachers who are committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum.What We Offer:
