Sales Account Manager / Business Development Executive – Events & Media
📍 Loughton, Essex

💰 £33,000 – £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £60k+)

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager / Business Development Executive with proven experience in the events, digital or publishing/media sector, who can manage and grow accounts while generating new business across an exciting portfolio of industry-leading brands.

The Role:

*

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, upselling and renewing packages

*

Identify and win new business across media, digital, sponsorship, and event packages

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors

*

Work closely with editorial, marketing, and production teams to deliver creative commercial solutions

*

Attend industry events and exhibitions (UK and international travel may be required)

*

Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

About You:

*

Proven experience in media, events, digital, or publishing sales is essential

*

Confident consultative seller with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets

*

Strong commercial awareness and creative thinking

*

Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

*

Self-motivated, energetic, and highly organised

*

A genuine passion for the events/media industry

What’s On Offer:

Basic salary of £33,000 – £40,000 DOE

Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £60,000+
