UX Researcher

As our UX Researcher, you will generate user insights to support our Product teams in iteratively improving our products. You will schedule, plan and conduct user research activities using both qualitative and quantitative methods, help our teams to understand the research findings, and help to grow our UX research practice.

What you will be doing:
* Planning user research activities to improve our understanding of our users and how our products work for them
* Conducting generative research to gain a rich and thorough understanding of users based on qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Conducting evaluative research to test and improve upon our teams’ design solutions
* Analysis and synthesis of research data to identify key insights
* Advocating for users’ needs and helping stakeholders to understand and act upon research insights
* Driving research insights across our business via blogposts, dashboards, and user insights databases
* Working in conjunction with our Customer Success Team to build, nurture, and manage the customer relationships that will enable you to organise and schedule your research
* Growing our existing research operations in line with emerging industry trends and best practices
What we’re looking for:
* Demonstrable experience planning and conducting attitudinal and behavioural research through a range of research methods
* Experience recruiting participants for research studies and managing participant pools
* Good analytical skills, with the ability to turn findings into actionable insights
* Excellent presentation skills and a persuasive advocate for user needs
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A natural passion and enthusiasm for user experience
