Located: Northern Ireland

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + discretionary bonus

Benefits: Car allowance & comprehensive benefits package

The role of Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out will involve:

* Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects primarily for hotels

* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations

* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Producing formal quotations to customers

* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Working on projects ranging in value up to £30m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out with

* Must have Quantity Surveying experience within the fit out / design & build market sector

* Working experience dealing with projects £20m+ in value would be highly advantageous

* Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs

* Strong knowledge of contract documents, construction practices and techniques

* Highly organised with good attention to detail

* Excellent communicator written and verbally

* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Good team player who also works well individually
