Location: Hythe

Start Date: 09/06/2025

Pay Rate: Competitive (based on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Gateman to join a reputable construction site in Hythe. This role is ideal for an ex-military professional who brings a strong sense of discipline, awareness, and security-mindedness to the workplace.

You will be responsible for controlling site access, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining a secure and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Managing entry and exit of all site traffic and personnel

Logging deliveries and visitor information

Performing security checks and reporting incidents

Communicating effectively with site staff and contractors

Ensuring health and safety regulations are upheld

Requirements:

Ex-military background strongly preferred

Valid CSCS Card

Good communication and observational skills

Gateman ticket - if you don't have we can help the right candidate get this.

Ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous Gateman or security experience (preferred but not essential)
