Recruitment - Onsite Account Manager Ashby-de-la-Zouch area.

Basic to £35,000 plus Bonus

Green Elephant Recruitment has been asked to source a Senior Onsite Recruitment Account Manager for a leading National Recruitment Agency to support a key corporate account.

You will be joining this highly successful company at a very exciting time, offering very good opportunities for career progression.

This is a face paced role and they are looking for someone to come in and support their business needs working collaboratively with the client to anticipate future recruitment requirements
On-site volume recruitment management experience is essential.

You will be responsible for:-

* The supervision and development of your team.

* Exceeding client expectation

* Providing a quality service

* Taking responsibility for candidate fulfilment

Candidate Specification

* Ability to lead, develop and inspire

* A strong communicator who can build effective relationships

* Ability to effectively manage high volume recruitment

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years On-site volume recruitment management experience.
