Machine Operative

Job Role

We are currently recruiting for machine operatives to join a busy and successful engineering company based near St Neots.

Responsibilities

To operate machinery as required
Familiarity with hand & power tools - drills, spanners, etc. advantageous
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Follow build instructions and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

A basic mechanical understanding would be beneficial.
Knowledge of production machinery and manufacturing.
Maintain a safe and clean workshop and adhere to safe working practices
Good Communication skills

Hours of Work – (Early Finish on a Friday)

Monday to Thursday - 07.30am to 4.00pm
Friday - 07.30am to 12.30pm
£12.21 per hour
Immediate start
