Electronics Engineer

Ripon, £28-35k

Excellent opportunity for a candidate with confident electronic fault finding and repair skills to work for a growing manufacturer. We are happy to consider experienced candidates or graduates for this role who wants to work in a hands on position. You will be responsible for diagnosing and rectifying faults on a range of electrical and electronic equipment, recommending solutions.

The role:

Diagnosing and analysing failures down to component level
Operation of various testing equipment
Running automated test procedures
Completion of test reports and tracing root cause of a failure
Working to and developing defined test procedures
Supporting R & D with feedback on faults and recommending fixes where possible
Undertaking rework and repair

You will:

Hold a relevant Electronics qualification
Have extensive experience in electronics assembly, testing and diagnostics and repair
Be able to work with R & D to recommend improvements
Confident knowledge of control systems
Able to read and understand electronic drawings and schematics
Excellent cross functional team working skillsThis role is immediately available to start. The company offer and excellent working environment and the opportunity to work for an established and stable company. we seek someone who is passionate about the industry .
