£27,000 - £29,000 Basic Salary
£40,000 - £45,000 On Target Earnings
5 day working week - Tuesday - Saturday (Flexibility on days/hours considered)

Working on alongside a Premium Property Developer, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to sell truly fantastic homes. If you have previous New Homes sales experience, then we would love to hear from you.

New Homes Sales Negotiator - Role Duties:

Meeting and greeting customers establishing great relationships and helping customers make their dream move
Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services
Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues
Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers

New Homes Sales Negotiator - Experience Required:

Experience of working on New Homes sales sites (essential)
Be the "Go-to" person for both clients and developers
Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers
Naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic
You’ll be able to think on your feet and be flexible
A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets
