Bank ResidentialChildren’s Care Worker to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive!

What you’ll be doing:

Support and care for children in a safe environment
Help build their confidence, independence, and life skills
Work closely with a team to provide emotional and practical support
Ensure every child feels valued and heard

Who are we?

Our home specialises in supporting children and young people who have Social Emotional Behavioural difficulties, Mental Health difficulties and additional needs/difficulties including Attachment disorders, Trauma, Mild to Moderate Autism, ADHD, ODD, Conduct disorder, eating Disorders, Anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, mood disorders, gender identity disorder, adjustment disorder, self-harm, ligature amongst other difficulties. We support our children to access appropriate education provision, be this mainstream or otherwise up until the completion of their GCSE years and beyond in to further education, apprenticeships, training, or employment.

Our home in Staines is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
