Primary Teachers Needed Across West Cornwall

Role: Primary Teacher (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Location: West Cornwall - including Penzance, Helston, Hayle, St Ives and surrounding areas
Pay: £120-£150 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: As soon as you're ready, or from September 2025

We're beginning to work with a number of primary schools across West Cornwall who are looking for great teachers to join their teams. Whether you're after day-to-day supply, a longer-term role, part-time hours or full-time work - we'll help you find something that fits.

There's no one-size-fits-all here. You tell us what you're looking for, and we'll match you up with schools that suit your style, experience and schedule.

What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - including ECTs

Good behaviour management and a calm, confident presence in the classroom

A clear passion for teaching and supporting young learners

DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)

Someone dependable, professional and flexible

What you'll get:

£120-£150 per day, depending on the role and your experience

Flexible work across a mix of schools in the local area

A consultant who actually listens and works with you, not for the system

Honest advice, regular updates, and support with everything from paperwork to placements

Access to training and CPD if you want it
