Outsource Construction specialises in recruiting for strip-out and demolition projects. We’re currently hiring experienced demolition labourers with a valid CSCS card for a strip-out project in Egham, Surrey.

Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, and experienced with demolition tools. A strong work ethic, team spirit, and strict adherence to health and safety are essential.

Job Details:

Location: Egham, Surrey
Start Date: Monday (09/06/25)
Hours: 9 hours
Pay Rate: £14.5 per hour
Duration: Ongoing
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
🔹 Using jackhammers, breakers, and ripsaws to strip out fixtures and fittings
🔹 Following site safety regulations and project guidelines
🔹 Working efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:
✔ Experience in soft strip-out/demolition (mandatory)
✔ Valid CSCS Card
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ 1-2 references confirming experience
